TBI welcomes new Director of Operations
It is with great pleasure that we welcome Amber Wood into our TBI professional staff team. Amber is our new Director of Operations. Among her responsibilities, Amber will oversee our office staff and maintenance staff as well as coordinate the smooth functioning of all the activities taking place in our building. She will collaborate with the other members of our professional staff: Lori Sagarin, Director of Congregational Learning; Marla Aviva Bentley, Director of Music; and me. Of course, Amber is no stranger to TBI having been a member of our congregation for the past twelve years and having served as a volunteer, board member, and officer. We are excited to welcome Amber and look forward to working with her in this new capacity.
I am also pleased to let you know that Anne Richtman-Kaplan is moving to a new position in our Temple office. Anne will now be our Executive Assistant. In that capacity, Anne will handle administrative responsibilities for Temple and for our school. She will provide support to our professional staff and serve as assistant to me. I am thrilled that Anne will continue to serve TBI in this new capacity. We should all be especially grateful to Anne for the extra work that she did over the past few months since Marlene’s retirement and we look forward to many more years of Anne’s skilled contribution to our congregation.
